Hi Luke, love the hats!
One thing I would suggest is when sending international orders maybe try and put them in a box rather than the plastic wrap. One of the hats was slightly damaged on arrival - a small thing but there was a crease up the front of the hat by the label that catches my eye when wearing, I think it’s settling out with wear. But a box would stop this from happening.
Otherwise top marks on all fronts.

I’m have many of Doffs caps, but the black on black is my favourite, did spot the new yellow logo and black cap. This company just doesn’t seem to run out of great ideas.
