Not every hat comes out exactly the same.

The hats in our Character Collection feature minor cosmetic variations, most commonly in the front patch. These variations may include slight differences in positioning, stitching, shape, alignment or finish.

While these hats don’t meet the strict standards required for our main collection, they are still fully functional, durable and ready for adventure.

In fact, many customers appreciate the individuality that comes with these one-off variations.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for cosmetic inconsistencies that are described as part of this collection.
