Can I wash my hat?
Yes. Our hats are designed to be tough and versatile, and many of our styles can be gently hand washed.
Simply rinse your hat under warm water and clean with a soft cloth or your hand. For stains, use a small amount of gentle soap and gently rub in a circular motion with a soft cloth.
You can also use gentle soap to clean the sweatband, particularly after heavy use or excessive sweating.
Once clean, leave your hat to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
Please do not put your hat in a washing machine. We cannot guarantee that machine washing will not affect the shape, structure or appearance of your hat.

Are your hats waterproof?
Our Tough & Atlas Range features water-resistant exterior panels made using high-quality materials selected for their performance and durability.
On initial contact, water will repel from the panels. With prolonged or continuous exposure to water, the material may eventually begin to absorb moisture. This is completely normal for a water-resistant fabric.
Once the hat is allowed to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, the material will return to its normal appearance.
Our other hats are not designed for wet conditions. While they are tough and versatile, we recommend keeping them dry and following our care instructions when cleaning.
What size are your hats?
Most of our styles feature an adjustable snapback or strap, making them suitable for a wide range of head sizes.
Our Flexfit range is available in:
Small/Medium – Large/Extra Large

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We now ship internationally.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

If your favourite doff hat is currently out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification on the product page.
You’ll then be one of the first to know when it’s back.
Should I leave the sticker on my hat?
That’s completely up to you.
Leave it on or take it off, there’s no right or wrong way. Wear your Doff your way.

All doff styles are designed in the United Kingdom.
We source materials from around the world and work with carefully selected manufacturing partners in China to produce our headwear.
